此项目旨在为中心策划部设计一个符合中心与高校合作相关的3D动画形象IP。作为连接“中心专业策划能力”与“高校青年创新活力”的桥梁，此形象风格不是严肃的机器，而是以一个日常的小女孩形象，观察城市中，生活中的小细节，以简单有趣的方式传达你需要关注的信息。
This project aims to create a 3D animated character IP for the center's planning department to represent the collaboration between the center and universities. Acting as a bridge between "the center's professional planning expertise" and "the vibrant creativity of university students," the character is not a serious machine but an ordinary little girl. She notices the small details in the city and everyday life, delivering key information in a simple, lighthearted, and engaging manner.
人物基础设计为极简配色，面部与毛发特征偏向卡通化lowpoly，服饰没有使用普通建模，而是采用布料系统，这样可以更为自然地表达物理动态特征。本次项目使用插件程序化生成了一片森林，并使用多处聚光灯资产，以自然表现森林的光照效果。
Character basic design features a minimalist color palette, with facial and hair characteristics leaning toward a cartoonish low-poly style. Instead of using standard modeling for the clothing, a cloth simulation system is employed, allowing for a more natural expression of physical dynamic behavior. For this project, a forest was procedurally generated using plugins, and multiple spotlight assets were used to naturally achieve the forest's lighting effects.
世卫组织数据显示，2025年1月1日至9月30日，全球40个国家报告了44.5万例疑似和确诊基孔肯雅病例，中国本次基孔肯雅病毒疫情为有记录以来最大规模。截至9月27日，广东省共报告16452例本地确诊病例。
According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), between January 1 and September 30, 2025, a total of 445,000 suspected and confirmed chikungunya cases were reported across 40 countries worldwide. The current chikungunya virus outbreak in China is the largest on record. As of September 27, a total of 16,452 local confirmed cases had been reported in Guangdong Province.
